When undertaking any betting, whether it be fixed odds, online slots, or even ‘betting’ on forex, crypto or traditional equities, it’s important to remember that gambling can be addictive. Some people are more susceptible to the effects gambling can have on the brain and in order to play safe, you need to understand the signs of a problem.

There is no absolute diagnosis tool or binary test for problem gambling but the best indicative survey is attached below so you can check yourself.

NB/ We did not write the PGSI assessment, nor were we involved in its design – if you want more information on the PGSI a good resource is available at the Gambling Commission.
